Serengeti National Park – Witness the Great Migration

Best Time: June to October

This is the dry season, when wildlife is easiest to spot. It’s also the peak of the Great Migration in the northern Serengeti (July–September), with thrilling Mara River crossings.

Secondary Season: January to March
The calving season in the southern plains brings dramatic predator-prey action. Avoid April and May due to heavy rains and muddy conditions.

By Air: Fly from Kilimanjaro International Airport to Seronera Airstrip (1-hour flight).

By Road: Drive from Arusha (325 km, about 7-8 hours).

Ngorongoro Crater – A Wildlife Wonderland

Best Time: June to October

Cool mornings and dry days make game viewing inside the Ngorongoro crater excellent. The roads are in top condition, and wildlife sightings are consistent.
